National Grid is hiring a Analyst, Process and Performance ImprovementLead Analyst, Project Managementfor Massachusetts. This is a Hybrid Role - Must live within a commutable distance to one of our locations.

Job Purpose

The Business Strategist is responsible for supporting the Business Owner and Product Owner within a multi-disciplinary digital product team to ensure the product roadmap is aligned to business capabilities and outcomesand have a pathway to deliver.You will be responsible for setting the business problem and context to be solved, identifying objectives & key results,business case, and support users to successful adoption and value delivery through change management andcommunication plans.

You will support the Agile Release Train (ART) and product team on identifying, monitoring, and tracking thedelivery of value through adoption.This role will support multiple capabilities across the Plan portfolio value stream.

Key Accountabilities
  • Define benefits case and pathway to deliver and measure value realization through adoption.
  • Supports Business Owner and Product Owner with backlog prioritization to ensure the product backlog aligns to the business' vision and outcomes.
  • Supports development of business case with Epic and Business Owner.
  • Responsible for measuring and tracking of value realization and Objective and Key Results.
  • Participates in defining product solution requirements, user roles and access.
  • Voice of the user and champion for process change and training.
  • Drive change management and product roll-out plan, stakeholder engagement, communications plan Participates in team agile ceremonies including quarterly PI Planning, sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and daily stand ups.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement digital solutions that improve efficiency and customer engagement.
  • Present to senior leadership and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or engineering.
  • 2+ years' experience in electric operations, program and/or project management, process improvement, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of digital product implementation fundamentals, digital ways of working, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly andpersuasively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
More Information

Salary - $81,000 - $95,000

This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills. Candidates will be assessed and provided offers against the minimum qualifications of this role and their individual experience.
