Training & Enablement Lead - Marketplace CoE

Job Summary

Reporting to the Global Head of the Marketplace Center of Excellence (CoE), you will lead the Training & Enablement function of the CoE. You will drive the next phase of NetApp's Marketplace transition by coordinating the creation, maintenance, and dissemination of Marketplace-centric training across a diverse set of stakeholders & audiences.

You will be a member of the team (CoE) driving NetApp's transition to the hyperscaler marketplaces as the company's primary route to market for 3P cloud software products including CVO, Premium Data Services, Data Infrastructure Insights (DII), and Instaclustr. The pillars of the CoE's mission are: 1) marketplace operational excellence, including the transition of existing BYOL business to marketplace; 2) marketplace sales strategy advisory; 3) marketplace technical GTM programs; and 4) marketplace training & enablement.

This challenging position requires a strategic mindset; knowledge of AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure GTM and their programs for managing ISV partners selling software through their marketplaces; experience creating educational & enablement content for enterprise technology companies; and disseminating and teaching this content to partners, customers and sellers.

Job Requirements

Key aspects of the role:

* Collaborate with a wide variety of NetApp sales, technical, operations, and enablement personas to create, curate, and manage a body of Marketplace-centric content
* Design training curricula & rubrics in service of the goal of mainstreaming basic hyperscaler
marketplace
competence in areas relevant to various stakeholder cohorts
* Work with NetApp Learning Services to leverage NetApp training & enablement tools and processes in service of the above
* Build learning tracks, training schedules & processes to manage them
* Deliver training to NetApp stakeholders globally, including 2nd level trainers (i.e. 'train the trainer')

Overall, you & your team will constitute a collaboration & execution hub for a variety of stakeholders within NetApp, maintaining an SLA for managing NetApp connections and collaboration orchestration with a wide a variety of organizations, including:

* Sales Operations
* Product
* Cloud Business Operations / Business Desk
* Hyperscaler Alliances & Ecosystem BD
* Hyperscaler Sales Leadership
* Cloud Solutions Architects
* NetApp Learning Services
* WPO & CCO

Job Requirements
* Experience working in Training & Enablement in a large enterprise organization, preferably in a technology company.
* Program Management experience and fluency with related tools, frameworks, and processes.
* Exceptional verbal and written communications skills, including presentation skills. A demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas and plans in PowerPoint presentations is crucial.
* Expertise leveraging tools like MindTickle; CRM systems; PowerPoint; Excel; and Generative AI tools.
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with functional peers across multiple organizations & functions.
* Advanced problem-solving capabilities.
* Be a curious, proactive self-starter comfortable with tasks ranging from Executive-level presentations & interactions to immersion in minute details and mundane tasks.

Experience & Education

* 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably in an enterprise technology organization.
* Strong preference for experience working for either AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft.
* Understanding of hyperscaler, marketplaces, ISV partnerships, ecosystems, joint GTM, and personas.
* A Bachelor of Arts or Science Degree is required, or equivalent experience.

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 168,300 - 217,800 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. The range is based on 'On Target Earnings' (OTE) representing the total potential earnings, which is the sum of the base salary and potential commission earned when performance targets are achieved. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's). These offerings are subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
