Job Description

The Accelerated Career Track Program Lead is primarily responsible for development and delivery of ACT program curriculum for multiple tracks of the Accelerated Career Track Program, and serves as the direct supervisor for program participants during their time in the ACT program. Additionally, the ACT Program Lead is responsible for tracking and monitoring the progress of the ACT graduates within assigned lines of business for 1-3 years upon graduation. The ACT Program Lead works with the ACT Program Manager Recruiting/Interns to ensure the successful recruitment, screening and selection of candidates for the assigned programs and the summer internship program.

How You'll Spend Your Time
  • You will track and monitor program participants while they are in the program.
  • You will lead formal and informal coaching meetings for the first year post-placement to ensure they meet their manager's expectations.
  • You will manage the annual review, reporting, and analysis of the internship program.
  • You will present to various student groups and develop and strengthen those relationships.
Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree and 1-4 years of work experience in recruiting, learning curriculum writing/delivery, relationship management and/or general sales or equivalent experience.
