Work Location: 701 East Pittsburgh St. Greensburg, PA 15601 Work Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm Additional hours as needed to fulfill the needs of the department. Function: Provides supervision and support to personnel in Trust Support. Assists the trust manager and the managing director with long-range planning for the division. Researches and provides recommendations on how to implement changes in the industry as well as new regulation requirements. Collaborates with Trust accounting vendors to ensure proper execution of all operational/support processes for Trust. Serves as the primary coordinator for all tax related matters for Trust and is the liaison with the Fiduciary tax service provider and SEI's tax processing unit. Also serves as the liaison with the court accounting vendor and ensures all accountings are filed with the appropriate courts and agencies. Duties and Responsibilities:
Education: Requires a four-year degree or equivalent. Preferred certifications any of the following CSOP, ChFC, CFP, CPA, CTFA. Experience: Requires five to ten years of general experience with two to five years specialized experience. Fiduciary and Tax Knowledge. Physical Demands: Operates a keypad device 70-80% throughout the day. Operates electronic/office equipment 50-60% throughout the day. The primary parts of the body involved in performing these task are the fingers, thumb, hand, wrist and elbows, legs, feet, lower torso, and upper torso. Sitting is required 60-70% of the day. Standing is 20-30% of the day. Traveling to alternate work locations is required 20-30%. Overnight stays required 20-30%. Work can be performed across multiple locations.
