Position Summary: This outside sales position will be assigned a territory in the Columbus, GA area. The home care sales liaison will work within an assigned territory to build relationships and develop, maintain, and grow a network of repeat home care referrals in order to meet monthly admission goals. This individual will manage and develop active relationships with leading referral sources and influencers in the local market. The Home Care Liaison must possess a proven track record of implementing marketing/sales strategies, building relationships, and establishing new business. This individual should value a collaborative and fun work environment.

You must have an active book of business already established in the Columbus, GA area.

Responsibilities:



  • Develop and build rapport with referral sources in the community.
  • Must understand the sales language.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely manner.
  • Work flexible hours.
  • Engage with referral sources daily.
  • Building in-depth knowledge of the service and keep up with feature updates.
  • Implement the standard operating procedures for sales processes.
  • Execute daily, weekly, or monthly tasks assigned by the Business Development leader.
  • Actively participate in Business Development training meetings.
  • Work with the team to provide top-quality customer service.
  • Actively generate new leads and close sales.
  • Achieve weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.



Qualifications:



  • Solid community and professional contacts within the geographic market
  • A minimum of 2 years healthcare sales experience working with various health care partners and an understanding of the overall healthcare industry
  • Knowledge of sales techniques - must be capable of developing sales strategies and achieving quotas
  • Basic knowledge of physician, hospital and skilled nursing facilities
  • Basic knowledge of case management and discharge planning services
  • Ability to regularly travel within assigned territory and to sales meetings
