Business Product Advisor JD Summary:

The Business Product Advisor provides program management and leadership to deliver complex projects that enhance business performance. This role focuses on program and project planning across multiple stakeholders to support the growth of a newly established Decision Analytics organization for Enterprise demand and capacity management.

By driving change and implementing structured processes across multiple Director groups, this role fosters a systematic, data-driven approach to demand management analytics. The advisor will centralize and consolidate insights, enabling better business decision-making to drive measurable value.

As a key leader within the internal team, this role builds and maintains strong relationships with business and product stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to facilitate seamless product delivery. Additionally, the advisor contributes to strategic initiatives to further business objectives.

Skills:

  • Ensure business priorities are clearly visible, established, and effectively communicated.
  • Experience with internal FedEx demand and capacity management systems (preferred).
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive progress with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Lead strategic projects from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Partner with leadership and stakeholders to define project priorities and deliverables.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Self-direct with the ability to maintain progress and achieve project milestones with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
  • Knowledge of standard program and financial management methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to shifting deadlines, and meet expectations.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools and environments.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Familiarity with data integration and business intelligence applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Planview, MS Project.
  • QDM Certification is a plus.

DomicileInformation: This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business needs.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems and/or equivalent.

Minimum Experience

Five (5) years equivalent work experience in information technology or engineering environment.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $7,094.23/month - $12,533.14/month
