Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Agile Release Train Engineer (RTE) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. As an RTE, you will play a crucial role in facilitating Agile Release Train (ART) processes and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate PI Planning: Organize and lead Program Increment (PI) Planning sessions, ensuring alignment across all Agile teams.
  • Coordinate ART Events: Manage and facilitate ART ceremonies such as Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, and Inspect and Adapt workshops.
  • Remove Impediments: Identify and resolve impediments that may hinder the progress of the ART, ensuring smooth delivery.
  • Foster Collaboration: Promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement among teams and stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Identify, manage, and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Performance Metrics: Track and report on ART performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Provide guidance and support to Agile teams, helping them adopt best practices and improve their performance.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in Agile methodologies, with at least 3 years in a leadership role such as RTE, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Certifications: SAFe RTE, SPC, or other relevant Agile certifications.

Skills:

* Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

* Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Rally, or similar.

Compensation: - $90,000 to $130,000 +/- and this position are also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans. Application will be accepted till 05/2/2025
