POSITION SUMMARY: The Advanced Paraeducator for Behavior and Instruction is a role designed to support students with significant behavioral needs within mainstream school environments. The Behavior Instruction Paraeducator (BIP) provides real-time intervention and implements behavior support plans to help students remain successful in general or resource education settings. The role emphasizes de-escalation, behavioral coaching, and instructional support in a mainstream building. ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
