The Manager, Global Print Marketing is responsible for creating and mobilizing integrated, multi-channel marketing plans to meet sub-segment sales and revenue goals in context of the overall Print Segment goals. About the Role In this opportunity as Manager, Global Print Marketing, you will: - Serve as a "connector" and trusted partner across TR Marketing and the Print business, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to translate marketing strategies into impactful, customer-centric campaign plans. - Understand customer personas and pain points to inform relevant, personalized campaigns. - Develop acquisition, retention, cross-sell, and upsell marketing campaign plans to meet business objectives. - Create initiative-specific marketing briefs and plan overviews that drive business impact and clearly allow other teams to mobilize and execute quickly. - Manage detailed campaign plans through thoughtful planning, integration of relevant content and effective translation into demand generation programs and activities; ensure expectations are set and deadlines are met across teams. - Continually monitor success of planning process and identify efficiencies, opportunities to optimize, leverage best practices, etc. - Accountable for consistently monitoring performance data of assigned sub-segment; Derive insight and action items to leadership team and key stakeholders throughout the business. - This role will be active in creating and delivering high-value marketing plans and will also lead a team of Campaign Planners supporting the overarching Print Segment sales and growth goals. Key Deliverables: - Set and deliver digital campaign engagement goals that will drive brand, product and pain point awareness - Delivery of effective marketing strategies to drive Print e-store sales growth. - Delivery of financial targets for the segment - Ensure customer voice is driving marketing actions About You - 6+ years in marketing planning and campaign strategy - BA/BS required; MBA preferred - 2+ years of people management experience - Strategic understanding of key martech tools that influence integrated campaign planning (Marketing Automation Platforms, Digital Analytics tools, Webinar tools, CRM systems) - Customer-centric, high-achieving self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative atmosphere - Team player with the ability to foster strong relationships across multiple levels and functions within the organization - Skilled at conflict resolution, solution selling and problem-solving to achieve win-win outcomes - Entrepreneurial 'can do' approach with an adaptable, change-oriented mindset - Highly analytical approach - Experience in a matrixed and agile environment preferred - Experience leveraging customer insights to drive strategy - Strong organizational and project management skills #LI-D2E What's in it For You?
For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $99,400 - $184,600. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs. This job posting will close 07/04/2025.
