Under general supervision, support program to ensure implementation and defined activities are carried out in accordance with specified objectives. Provide planning, design and implementation support to assigned program area. Provide support, development and/or leadership guidance to all volunteers.

Perform all duties and responsibilities in compliance with standard operating procedures and other applicable Federal, State and local regulations.

Responsibilities:

CVA & Anticipation (75%):

  • Serve as RCRCM Cash Peer Working Group (CPWG) Coordinator, working with CPWG Co-Chairs to run and manage the CPWG as required
  • Support CVA & Anticipation Manager with work planning & reporting to ensure cohesion, accountability and coordination across multiple work streams
  • Support the administration of CVA, Anticipation and Access RC trainings
  • Create continuous improvement plan for CVA and Anticipation doctrine, carry out updates as appropriate
  • Identify and facilitate opportunities for knowledge exchange and the creation of learning products for Anticipation & CVA work
  • Provide project management support to CVA and Anticipation team members as required

IDR Roster: Deployment Readiness & Coordination Support (25%)

  • Support IDR Roster Associate in preparing and deploying emergency response personnel to disaster-affected areas from departure to return, including travel arrangements and reconciling expenses.
  • Schedule briefings and debriefings for selected roster members with relevant teams and experts to provide necessary guidance and support.
  • Facilitate travel arrangements for volunteers attending training sessions to enhance their readiness for deployment.
  • Manage roster T-card applications and maintenance to ensure accurate and up-to-date records of personnel.
  • Support Knowledge Management initiatives to enhance organizational learning and preparedness.
  • Develop and implement a roster engagement plan - potentially including Podcasts, Language clubs, and other activities to foster a sense of community and support among roster members.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree required.
Experience: Up to 1 year of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
Management Experience: N/a
Skills & Abilities: May require the ability to obtain a government security clearance. May require fluency in second language. Ability to work on a team.
Travel: Travel may be required.

* Combination of candidate's education and general experience satisfies requirements so long as the total years equate to description's minimum education and general experience years combined (Management experience cannot be substituted).

The work environment will consist of moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phones and printers, light traffic). The employee must have the ability to work in a small cubicle and have the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
