Security Officer - Chemical Patrol

As a Security Officer - Chemical Patrol in Louisville, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical and more .

Our Patrol Officers play a crucial role in maintaining a secure environment within the chemical and petrochemical location. As an unarmed officer, you will conduct routine patrols, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining visible and approachable. Your role involves providing exceptional customer service and clear communication, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. With a valid driver's license, you will navigate the premises efficiently, embodying our values of agility, reliability, and innovation. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service by implementing security procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities when necessary.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations with a calm and problem-solving approach.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possession of a TSA Issued TWIC is a strict requirement.
• A valid driver's license in the job state is a strict requirement.
• At least 1 year of security experience is a strict requirement.
• Previous firefighting experience is a strict requirement.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
