Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP QM Analyst who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Lead with 8 to 10 years of experience in SAP QM modules including Sales Inspection Production Inspection Procurement and Quality Notifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Online and Hi-Tech domains. This hybrid role requires day shift work with no travel.

Responsibilities:

* Lead the implementation and support of SAP QM modules in Sales Inspection Production Inspection Procurement and Quality Notifications.

* Oversee the integration of SAP QM with other SAP modules to ensure seamless operations.

* Provide expert guidance on SAP QM best practices and industry standards.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.

* Design and configure SAP QM solutions to meet business needs.

* Conduct system testing and validation to ensure quality and performance.

* Develop and deliver training materials for end-users and stakeholders.

* Monitor and resolve issues related to SAP QM modules in a timely manner.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system functionality.

* Provide regular updates and reports to management on project status and performance.

* Support the development of documentation and standard operating procedures.

* Contribute to the overall success of the company by optimizing quality management processes.

Qualifications

* Must have extensive experience in SAP QM modules including Sales Inspection Production Inspection Procurement and Quality Notifications.

* Should have a strong understanding of Online and Hi-Tech domain processes.

* Must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Should have the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

* Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Should be proficient in developing and delivering training materials.

* Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

* Should have a proven track record of successful SAP QM implementations.

* Must be able to work independently and take initiative.

* Should have a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

* Must be adaptable to changing business needs and priorities.

* Should have experience in documenting and maintaining standard operating procedures.

* Must be able to provide expert guidance and support to end-users and stakeholders.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 - $102,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
