Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP MM Functional Analyst who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Functional Lead with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in S/4 HANA Goods issue and GR SAP Yard and Resource Management and SAP Value Added Services. This role requires a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel requirements. Experience in Finance & Accounting and Hi-Tech domains is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and support of S/4 HANA Goods issue and GR processes.
• Oversee the integration and optimization of SAP Yard and Resource Management systems.
• Provide expertise in SAP Value Added Services to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to maximize system utilization.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Ensure that all system enhancements align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Design and implement solutions that improve business processes and drive value.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies.
• Prepare detailed documentation of system configurations and customizations.
• Support the finance and accounting teams with system-related inquiries and issues.

Qualifications:

• Possess strong expertise in S/4 HANA Goods issue and GR processes.
• Demonstrate proficiency in SAP Yard and Resource Management.
• Have in-depth knowledge of SAP Value Added Services.
• Experience in Finance & Accounting and Hi-Tech domains is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Certifications Required

SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA for Financial Accounting Associates.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between 90,000 - 116,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
