* Complete daily office tasks including but not limited to program/staff schedules, monitoring program enrollment and reviewing program-interest surveys with department manager for new program expansion opportunities. * Marketing for new and existing program promotion/enrollment, including but not limited to internal and external public speaking events, phone calls for increased appropriate referrals.* Assist families with appropriate program placement and/or registration questions. * Identify volunteer needs for all programs. Coordinate schedules, conduct department-specific orientation/training and volunteer recruitment as needed according to hospital/department policy. Works in collaboration with Volunteer Services Department for program needs. * Initiate, coordinate and attend public speaking/promotional opportunities at outside organizations, schools, universities, and public facilities for partnership development and program expansion. * Provide instruction/assistance in various community programs per staffing needs.* Provide assistance/support to day and residential Camp Coordinators regarding facility maintenance, scheduling, and any other needs that arise to allow programs to continue without interruption and adequate staffing. * Establish and maintain relationships with local community agencies for collaborative and referral opportunities, fundraising events, league schedules/coordination and specialty program partnerships. * Equipment and facility maintenance including but not limited to membership status, registration numbers, inventory management and purchase requisitions. * Collaborate with Manager for budgetary needs including pricing agreements for rentals/leagues/partnerships, completing check requests and completing invoices for contract staff. * Responsible for managing social media accounts, including posting information about events and programs. Includes communicating with CSH Marketing Department for hospital-wide social media stories and posts. * Assists with Safe Kids Union County coalition events, coalition meetings and community outreach opportunities. Includes contacting local agencies for collaboration, organizing and running events, assisting with grant application and monitoring completion of grant requirements. Work in collaboration with manager/coalition leader. |
