Job Title: Global Creative Operations Specialist

Job Description:

The Global Creative Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in keeping projects moving inside and outside the Creative team. They coordinate with different teams to make sure that projects start and finish on time, that internal and external reviews happen on time and by all necessary parties and enforce process during projects.

The Global Creative Operations Specialist will function as the "right hand" of the Global Creative Operations Manager, keeping projects running smoothly and making sure the Creative Team has all the details and information needed to complete project work.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Traffic management

    • Build and maintain project schedules based on project input documents and resourcing support from the Global Creative Operations Manager
    • Update project and task statuses in the Project Management platform
    • Schedule and attend all status meetings
    • Keep project schedules up to date based on project and task status
    • Monitor and move forward internal creative routing, following up with reviewers when needed to ensure timely reviews
    • Monitor external reviews with marketers and stakeholders, following up when needed to ensure timely receipt of feedback
    • Review and evaluate feedback on internal and external reviews, making sure it is clear and actionable. When necessary, follow up with commentor to clarify or provide a missing piece of information
    • Make sure marketers and stakeholders provide assets and details needed to move projects forward
    • Monitor review status in the legal and regulatory review process/platform and follow up with content owners to move their assets forward


  • Project Intake and Project Documentation

    • Review project request forms for complete and accurate information and follow up with requestors for missing pieces of information or clarification
    • Schedule Project Kickoff Meetings based on project schedules
    • Ensure Project Input documentation is received and clear before the Project Kickoff meetings
    • Send schedules to stakeholders after the Project Kickoff Meeting
    • Ensure all project documentation (launch forms, campaign input, etc) are received from stakeholders in a timely manner
    • Schedule internal creative reviews, creative presentations with marketers and handoff meetings as needed




Required Qualifications:



  • 4+ years in a creative project manager or creative operations role with an agency or in house creative team
  • Highly organized and detail oriented, with the ability to prioritize work with minimal supervision
  • Experience in a project management platform such as Wrike, Monday, Workfront or similar (Wrike preferred)
  • Clear and concise communicator with experience upholding project process
  • Proactive problem solver who can remove roadblocks before a project timeline is put at risk.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and creative file types
  • Experience with Microsoft products including SharePoint



Target Pay Range:$72,500.00to$90,600.00 -Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data

Target Bonus on Base:7.0%
