As the Manager, Onboarding and Integration, you will play a pivotal role in shaping a world-class onboarding process that sets the stage for our employees' success. Strategic Program Implementation

  • Execute a comprehensive global onboarding strategy for employees that enhances their transition into the organization.
  • Ensure alignment with organizational goals, culture, and talent strategy, fostering a sense of inclusion and engagement.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to implement and improve a global experience that includes orientation, training, mentoring, and networking opportunities across geographies.
  • Based on Annual Survey insights, lead and support sustainment plans of cultural initiatives in partnership with HR and business stakeholders.

Lead Execution

  • Lead engagement of core team to plan, facilitate, and execute onboarding integration. Monitor completion of tasks and actions of standard process; escalate as needed for support and visibility.
  • Lead a cross-functional global team to standardize and enhance the global employee onboarding experience, global recognition program, and standardization and enhancement of recruiting experience as applicable.
  • Partner with HR and key stakeholders to gather resources necessary for integration experience to ensure that new employees receive relevant information, tools, and support throughout their integration.

Continuous Improvement: Assessment and Implementation

  • Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in onboarding, ensuring the program remains competitive and effective.
  • Plan and implement focused areas of improvement with cross-functional stakeholders based on feedback (workshops) and data analysis.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through feedback and analytics to assess program effectiveness. Establish metrics to assess the effectiveness of the onboarding program, including participant feedback, engagement levels, and performance indicators.
  • Support multi-year listening strategy roadmap activation of additional active and passive listening channels for both HR and organizational experiences.
  • Derive insights and build plans/recommendations from passive and active listening channels for specific employee segments.
  • Identify key performance indicators and track data to identify and implement improvements to existing cultural initiatives, and continually seek ways to enhance the value and effectiveness of these solutions
  • Provide updates and insights to senior HR stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Preferred Qualifications: Requires Bachelors Degree in HR Management, Business, or related field. Minimum of five years of directly related and progressively responsible human resources experience.
  • Demonstrated consultative skills and ability to effectively facilitate groups to consensus. Ability to present and discuss strategies in a manner that establishes rapport, persuades others.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills including the ability to influence without authority stakeholders (in person or remote) to drive action, accountability, and foster collaboration among stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with executive leaders and build relationships across all levels of the organization across geographies.
  • Demonstrated systems thinking competence to understand and analyze complex systems by recognizing the interrelationships and interactions among various components within interconnected experience. Understanding of matrix relationship functions/end-to end processes; strategic imperatives; deep understanding of organizational culture and company values.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive results. Strong organizational and collaborative skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement with an analytical mindset to assess program effectiveness and make data-driven improvements leveraging both quantitative and qualitative sentiment. Must have ability to review and understand data, trends, and metrics.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem-solving techniques in a highly complex and matrix environment.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, dealing with change and ambiguity.
  • Adept at handling sensitive and confidential information and situations.
  • Strong proficiency in both Microsoft Office required - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
