Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work remotely for our client in Lakeland, FL Interested?

  • This position will provide time and attendance support to employees within assigned client Business Units, as well as general payroll support.
  • Customer service by responding to employee inquiries via various sources such as resource email accounts, help desk, phone calls and employee inquiries to the client Employee Service Centre.
  • Support will entail administration within various time recording systems
  • Performing time adjustments in client People
  • Maintaining holiday schedules
  • Prorating holiday hour entitlements and weekly Gate Waiver exceptions
  • System training and testing when system changes occur
  • Weekly reporting and audit support
  • Complete tasks independently

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $ 24.64/ Hour

Hours: 4/10 hours/week

Length: Contract (12 months)

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in payroll
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Microsoft Office software applications
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Wage and Hour Compliance requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Customer Service
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Time and Attendance principles
  • Proven effective Communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Demonstrated effective Analytical skills
