Schedule: 6:00am - 2:30pm, Monday - Friday

Pay rate: $24 - $30/hr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Programming CNC Machines: Use Mastercam to program CNC machinery, including mills and lathes, to produce precision parts.
  • Coordinate with Shop Floor: Work closely with shop floor personnel to ensure the program's quality and performance meet operational standards.
  • Review Engineering Drawings: Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, tables, or study sample parts to determine machining operations.
  • Design and Program: Write and design programs for CNC machine tools based on the engineering requirements, including Four Axis programming in Mastercam.
  • Dimensional Accuracy: Verify dimensions of parts for accuracy and conformance to specifications.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all programs, including complete documentation and tool lists for machine operators.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with engineering and shop floor teams to create optimum machine utilization, ensuring product quality.
  • Deviation Reporting: Report any deviations from specifications and tolerances to the supervisor.
  • Continuous Learning: Demonstrate a willingness to learn and utilize SolidWorks or Solid Edge, as applicable.




Qualified candidates will have five years of machine shop experience that includes machine programming. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required.

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
