Job Description

The Warehouse Specialist organizes the warehouse and its inventory kit distribution. This role will support our field services supply chain operations by providing a full range of warehousing and logistics services to ensure fulfillment to customer and business expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
Organize the warehouse, including inventory, products, and packing material.
Receive and inspect incoming products, ensuring that they meet quality standards.
Receiving returns and verifying material matches documentation before entering into ERP system.
Ensure accurate inventory counts and document all movement of products in and out of the warehouse.
Pack and unpack products for shipping and/or storage.
Keep the warehouse clean and orderly.
Entering data using warehouse computer applications
Assist in other warehouse tasks as needed.
Maintain a safe work environment that aligns with Southwire policies.

Other Preferred Skills, Licenses, & Certificates:
Must have basic computer skills - MS Excel, MS Word, Data Entry, SAP desirable.
Knowledge of inventory management and shipping and receiving processes.
Excellent organizational and communication skills
1-3 years of experience
