What You'll DoAs a Business Development Manager (BDM), you will be a customer-facing technical pre-sales consultant who brings Cisco's services value proposition to life. Your role is to connect customer business priorities and technical requirements with compelling services solutions that ensure effective adoption, accelerated time to value, and long-term success. You'll work cross-functionally with CX Delivery, Sales, CX Product Management, and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams to craft and prioritize professional services opportunities. You'll help customers transform through Cisco solutions while driving bookings growth and value realization. Key Responsibilities
