City/State Suffolk, VA Work Shift First (Days) Overview: Overview Responsible for scheduling home visits for Sentara Home Care in a computerized scheduling system. Accountable for accurately and completely obtaining required information in the scheduling process. Accountable for delivering exemplary customer service to all customers at all times, answers telephone, calls or takes messages and delivers to appropriate personnel.
