Join Our Dynamic Team as an HR Business Partner!

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support a dedicated business unit within our growing Commercial or Corporate Functions teams. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your HR expertise to drive strategic business objectives and contribute to key programs and initiatives that foster organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Initiative Execution: Own and lead the execution of critical HR strategic initiatives aligned with our long-term business goals.
  • Change Leadership: Act as a change leader for key strategic business initiatives, partnering closely with stakeholders to facilitate smooth transitions.
  • Employee Engagement: Collaborate with business leaders to enhance employee engagement and nurture a positive organizational culture.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with key leaders to optimize individual and team performance, focusing on talent development and succession planning.
  • HR Framework Optimization: Proactively identify gaps and efficiencies within the HR framework to improve business outcomes, including organizational design, talent development, compensation, and performance management.
  • COE Collaboration: Partner with Centers of Expertise (COEs) to understand and implement core programs, frameworks, and processes across the business.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage human capital data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Standardization Support: Assist in implementing standardized processes to drive productivity and efficiency.
  • Growth Opportunities: Support and advise on organizational growth opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions.

  • Coaching and Mentoring: Provide expertise and guidance to business leaders, acting as a coach and mentor.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Experience: 10+ years of relevant human resources experience, preferably in a business partnership role.
  • Agility: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing work environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to foster strong partnerships with stakeholders.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement and identifying continuous improvement opportunities.

*This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
