Description

Develops and maintains training materials; delivers training to both external provider audiences and internal teams. Manages ongoing provider needs relative to program rollouts and medical policy change communication. Provides onboarding education/outreach, advocates for a positive provider experience in cross-enterprise initiatives and works collaboratively to develop content for publication.

Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field, plus 3 years of related work experience beyond degree


Key Accountabilities:



  • Builds and maintains curriculum for Provider Network Operations Management (PNOM) roles and provider-facing internal departments, as well as the Provider College for use by external provider office administrative staff
  • Working with providers for onboarding needs and in-person conferences/trainings regarding policies, processes, and education for providers
  • Supports PNOM-specific training due to ongoing integration efforts such as new workflows, new tools or programs across the division
  • Works with internal teams across the enterprise to gather information and format into content for both training and educational resources


Skills and Abilities:



  • Experience with delivering training both virtually and in-person
  • Experience writing both technical and creative content
  • Experience working in Articulate and/or Robohead preferred
  • Ability to work independently and with others internally and externally
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; excels in communication with physicians and health care providers
  • Ability to distill and clearly present concepts, policies, and processes in a group setting to all levels of audiences
  • Comfortable with managing feedback and edits from multiple parties
  • Ability to work positively in a fluid, ever-changing environment
  • Creative mindset encouraged



This position is a hub-based role which requires onsite presence. To be eligible for consideration, candidates must reside within a commuting distance to one of the following office locations: Minnetonka MN or Madison WI. Onsite frequency is determined by business need as decided by leadership and may be up to 2-3 days a week.

The full salary range for this position is $49,800 - $85,300. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data.
