To be considered for this role, here's what you'll need to bring with you:

  • High School diploma or GED preferred. Otherwise, demonstrated ability to understand and apply all verbal, written and computer work instructions or training in English, and demonstrated ability to perform simple addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • At least 2 years as an Associate Logistics Technician OR 3 years of relevant experience.

As a Logistics Technician, you will:

  • Perform various computer and transaction operations supporting production. This includes, but is not limited to:
    • Stock transaction support
    • eHR initiation and support
    • Moog Business System transaction and support
    • Other A&T logistics transaction as required day to day
    • Support schedules and changing priorities
    • TIPQA NC initiation and closure
  • Comprehend and perform various logistics processes and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Full involvement in promoting and advancing a team-based culture. Participate, support, and work in a team-based environment.
  • A thorough understanding of team performance metrics. Monitor and react to performance metric variances.
  • Coordinate efforts to accomplish daily schedule priorities and commitments.
  • Act as a source of information for process status to other departments and actively work to minimize process delays.
  • Plan for upcoming requirements while performing activities to accomplish daily priorities.
  • Collaborate with the Supervisors, Managers, and other identified representatives, to provide overall leadership. Take ownership for individual performance and volunteer to help others.
  • Train on roles and responsibilities across team, including required certifications.
  • Set a good example by actively supporting team and company initiatives, encourage positive thinking in others to do the same.
  • Lead and participate in process improvements within the team.

Salary Range Transparency:

Buffalo, NY $28.00-$29.00 Hourly

Salary Range Disclaimer

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, employee stock purchase plan, an open paid time off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
