The Role

Entegris is seeking a Program Manager, Business Process Improvement & Systems. The successful candidate will be working closely with functional partners and IT team to analyze, optimize and implement business process with digital enhancement to drive efficiency in business processes for tangible customer and business outcomes in APS division and its manufacturing operations.

What You'll Do

  • Representing division as a key representative of 'Voice of Division' working closely with functional partners and IT team to support Digital Business Transformation initiatives.

  • Design and lead business process improvement to drive world class value chain process and scalability in tandem with organization growth.

  • Lead and work with functional team to identify business process improvement opportunities and facilitate cross-functional project teams in Value Stream Mapping process to develop the design of new processes.

  • Identify projects using continuous improvement methodology, develop lessons learned and industry best practices to deploy to other sites/ divisions.

  • Lead the design and implementation of tools, governance, dashboards, KPI and controls.

  • Oversee the planning, management, execution and tracking of all process improvement initiatives proactively reporting on status, risks, delivery activities and KPIs to relevant stakeholders

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement modified business processes, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations

  • Develop metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities

  • Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders, including employees and management to ensure modified business processes meet their needs and expectations

  • Develop playbook and update process documentation with the latest changes

  • Identifies, analyzes, and prepares risk mitigation tactics

What We Seek

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management or related field

  • Preferred certification in Project management (PMP), Black Belt or Lean Manufacturing

  • Strong understanding of business operations, critical and creative thinking skills with a keen sense of personal responsibility and bias for results.

  • Experience in identifying and applying innovative ideas to business problems and shepherding them through the development stage to implementation and successful adoption

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships, influence outcomes, and to deliver effective presentations to a variety of audiences

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience leading teams and driving change initiatives in a matrix environment. High ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities.

  • High level of problem solving and decision-making ability through influencing and motivating others to drive changes to achieve desired results.

  • Advisor and coach to greater team members on lean/ continuous improvement matters

  • Well versed in SAP ERP IBP, Microsoft and analytical database e.g. Power BI, Tableau

  • Able to travel as necessary globally.

  • Compensation: $143,500.00-$191,500.00 year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role.
