HR Associate

Contract Duration: 12-month contract (potential for extension)



This role involves handling HR inquiries, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Experience with HRIS systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors, is preferred.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Respond to HR inquiries via phone, web, and chat.
  • Use HRIS systems and resources to resolve employee requests.
  • Communicate HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Review, resolve, and escalate inquiries as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Support HR processes and HRIS system updates.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and data security.
  • Assist with HR programs and knowledge management.


Required Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 3+ years of customer service or HR experience in a structured environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors).
  • HR experience or familiarity with HR processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
