Opportunity Highlights: Hybrid model split between 1:3 supervision and sitting own cases. 1:15 first call with post call days always off. Daily Board Runner to manage day-to-day operations, scheduling, chart review and OB. Daily Float CRNA available for anesthesia emergencies, breaks, and lunch breaks.
