Your Role on Our Team

As a Senior Safety & Health Coordinator, you will be based in Olive Branch, MS. and will support our DC operations. In your role, you will

You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

  • Lead safety at the site level
  • Develop, support, and maintain our Safety Management System
  • Develop audit criteria and lead audits for the facilities
  • Develop, update, and implement corporate safety programs, policies, and procedures for implementation at the sites
  • Provide technical guidance on OSHA compliance and industry safety standards
  • Develop and coordinate safety training
  • Lead incident investigations, safety team, and ergonomics team
  • Oversee the First Aid and First Responders Program
  • Develop and maintain Safety KPIs and update incident reporting and data management software.
  • Provide monthly safety performance and trending reports
  • Review OSHA 300 logs and reports for accuracy
  • Support site EHS Sr. Manager and Director as needed
  • Develop and lead monthly safety topics

The TOOLS you'll bring with you:

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in safety management, Occupational Safety, Safety/Industrial Systems engineering or similar
  • 3-5 years minimum of supporting safety manufacturing and/or distribution center
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and Power Point.
  • Ability to work well with people in various levels of the organization
  • Strong written and verbal skills

Other TOOLS we prefer you to have:

  • Experience in the following:
    • Using an injury reporting management system
    • Data analytic tools such as PowerBi
    • Supporting a safety management system and/or OSHA Voluntary Protection Program
