Responsibilities:

Follow a proven process to obtain and set appointments
Share information about Mr. Rogers Windows products and services
Guide and educate customers through conversations to understand their needs
Set up and maintain display areas (tables, stands, booths)
Keep display areas tidy and well-stocked with materials
Qualifications:

Self-motivated and driven
Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality
Professional appearance
Reliable transportation to various job sites
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Flexible schedule with the ability to work full-time (30-40 hours/week), including weekends
Part-time options available (20-29 hours/week)
Able to stand for extended periods (4+ hours)
Must own a smartphone with a data plan
