Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking a Technical Services Associate for ourAstoria, NY Operations team.

This position reports to the Technical Services Manager. This role is in office and is based in Astoria, NY.

Responsibilities:

• Strong communication with internal and external customers while maintaining a professional attitude
• Work with the Technical Services Representatives to ensure high-level of customer services during job preparation and execution
• Provide administrative support to Technical Services Department
• Develop understanding of the Environmental Health & Safety field and the state and federal regulations that impact the industry [Resource conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) & Department of Transportation (DOT)]
• Assist in data entry for job paperwork in office
• Organize and file environmental documents, including inbound waste profiles, profile approvals, and manifests
• Prepare work-orders for upcoming field projects
• Be initial point of contact for all incoming calls and visitors at the NY Office

Basic Requirements:

• Eagerness to learn about the Environmental Health & Safety Field
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook
• Ability to multitask and be detail-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Prior customer service experience
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship
  
• Must have a reliable form of transportation

Preferred Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred.
