Description Acara Solutions is seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent service to our showroom visitors while helping create a positive and welcoming environment. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through our products and ensuring they have a great experience. Shift Timing: 9am-5pm Monday-Friday Pay: $18-$20/hr Key Responsibilities: Warmly greet customers with a professional and engaging attitude. Handle incoming calls efficiently, directing them to the appropriate contacts. Learn and assist with the returns process, ensuring smooth transactions. Provide updates on estimated product arrival times, keeping customers informed.
