Lead Facilities Engineer

Entegris is currently seeking a Facilities Engineer to join our Facilities Department. This position will be based in our Aurora, IL facility.

In this role, your primary focus is to ensure that the physical infrastructure, building systems and equipment are working optimally at all three facilities in Aurora.

What You'll Do

• Ensure proper functioning of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems

• Supervise routine maintenance and repairs of building systems

• Coordinate with contractors and service providers for specialized tasks/projects

• Monitor and evaluate building systems for performance and efficiency

• Plan and oversee facility layout alterations and modifications

• Respond to emergency situations involving facility infrastructure

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and facility modifications

• Collaborate with other departments to support operational needs

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and city & state permitting

• Supervise two onsite contract employees

What We Seek

• Minimum 8 years' experience in related field

• Advanced knowledge of HVAC, AHU's, Chillers, Boilers, RTU's, R&D Labs, Clean Room and Kathabar system

• Knowledge of Honeywell Niagra software and Teletrol software

• Strong Project Management Skills

• Excellent Problem-Solving Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with industry safety standards, certifications and regulations

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software

• Knowledge of DI and Wastewater systems a plus

• Knowledge of C-Cure and PassagePoint software systems a plus

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Knowledge of ExacqVision building security camera systems a plus

• Ability to be available for emergency situations as needed, 24/7.

• Compensation: $116,000 - $145,000
