Essential Functions 20% Monitors, maintains and performs more complex building maintenance repairs involving mechanical, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, life safety and energy management systems 20% Investigates repair issues and obtains trades services if necessary; coordinates and oversees work performed by external vendors 20% Performs preventative maintenance on cooling, water, heat, air, drainage and other infrastructure system 20% Responds to requests and complaints from work order system or emergency calls, and handles more complex complaints not resolved at a lower level 10% Keeps assigned tools and/or equipment in clean and safe working condition 10% Performs other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED, and three (3) years of specialized building maintenance and/or repair experience related to area of assignment. Desired Qualifications A. OHSA 30 Certification B. 3 year commercial maintenance experience C. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite and/or a Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) D. Plumbing, HVAC, Electrician and/or Technical certification E. 5 years troubleshooting equipment or machinery Special Working Conditions
