Job Summary Manage the company's inventory control activities to ensure the efficient and economical utilization of facilities for storing and distributing raw materials and finished products. Job Responsibilities Manage the company's inventory control activities to ensure the efficient and economical utilization of facilities for storing and distributing raw materials and finished products. Receive shipments, transfer material into applicable storage locations and update ERP with all required shipment information. Manage the receipt and storage of products, materials, equipment, parts, accessories, and supplies. Monitor inspection of incoming items against orders for accuracy, completeness, and defects. Arrange for the return and replacement of defective items. Manage periodic and special inventories; accounts for inventory variances. Develop and implement improvements in policies and procedures to promote efficiency, faster service, and lower costs. Plan and coordinate the transfer of products, materials, equipment, parts, accessories, and/or supplies between/among warehouses. Engage in the typical responsibilities of a manager requiring planning, evaluating, organizing, integrating, and controlling. Assist with incoming inspection. Manage parts kitting of production orders. Responsible delivering materials to designated production workstations in a timely manner. Ensure movement of product from production through packaging to shipping. Maintains inventory traceability. Maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations. Support, communicate and defend the mission, values and culture of the company.
