Here's what you'd do:

• Manages work packages to meet project deliverables through collaboration with the client's IT Infrastructure, Network Services, Service Support, and IT Operations teams.
• Works with Application Development and Business Unit teams and provides proper guidance to ensure client software and services are designed, tested, documented, implemented, enhanced, and maintained according to the operations standards and expected service quality.
• Provides Tier 3 proactive and reactive service and performance management for mission-critical and client systems.
• Responds to real-time performance alerts to resolve performance problems.
• Conduct regular ongoing review/analysis of performance data to identify current performance problems and proactively detect potential future performance problems.
• Ensures proper selection and deployment of technologies, creation or improvement of all processes, and recruitment or retention of motivated, skilled people.
• Core responsibilities focus on the organization's operational/tactical aspects with limited if any, strategic focus.
• Handles multiple work assignments simultaneously, meeting deadlines.
• Takes a lead role in conducting more complex root cause analyses to identify and resolve complex IT Infrastructure problems.
• Design and develop a scalable IT infrastructure that benefits the organization.
• Create and maintain a patch management strategy for tools and methods, including tools that maintain a secure computing environment.
• Plan, design, and manage infrastructure technologies supporting complex and heterogeneous corporate data and voice infrastructure.
• Manage the Project Management Database and increase utility with reports and dashboards.
• Develop alternative solutions for decision-making that support organizational goals/objectives and budget constraints.
• Maintain and enhance systems as required to support operations.
• Identifies improvements in existing processes needed to increase the level of efficiency.
• Develops, maintains, and presents process guidelines.
• Performs system administration duties of various software platforms and applications.
• Collaborates with management in managing financial efficiency.
• Develops and conducts training classes when necessary.
• Assists users in resolving system issues and maintenance concerns.
• Maintains current knowledge of industry trends and technologies.
• May include limited supervisory responsibilities.
• Understands processes and procedures in specialized fields.
• Usually works with minimum supervision, conferring with superior on unusual matters.
• Performs other project and process improvement initiatives as assigned.

• Minimum of 5 years experience in Microsoft Office Package, including word processing, spreadsheets, database, presentation software, electronic mail, and scheduling.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Desktop Support.
• Minimum of 5 years experience with IT Support.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Windows, Linux, and middleware services like Apache, tomcat, IIS, and SQL/Oracle.

• Master's Degree.

• Solid foundation in Windows and Linux System Management, Virtualization, Scripting, deployment and management, Storage Virtualization, System Backup utilization, and enterprise-class backup platform.
• Extensive experience with financial and operational analytical support.
• Advanced understanding of VMware vSphere, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
• Certifications in ITIL, MCSE, VCP, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, and MS 365.
