HX5 is currently seeking a Program Integration Principal to support the HNJ Division at Hanscom Air Force Base, MA.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Craft, develop, implement & execute innovative system engineering practices, processes and produce exceptional technical products
• Demonstrate an ability to manage, analyze, trace functional and non-functional systems requirements, test cases, and architecture components100
• Accurately articulate issues, questions, and recommendations to customers
• Recommend improvements to systems engineering process to support mission more effectively
• Perform data analysis and translate business strategy into long-term technical roadmaps
• Reviews the feasibility of new existing project requirements
• Create presentations/solutions and articulates to senior mgt
• Demonstrate high competency in Systems Engineering for multiple large projects

Education and Experience:

Must have the following education and experience:

• Master's degree Computer Science, Systems Engineering or equivalent technical degree required
• SAP/SAR experience required
• Minimum 18+ or more years' experience
• Possess a comprehensive knowledge on best practices of SEAM and Capability Maturity Model Integration
• Familiarity with DoD acquisition process from either Government or prime development contractor
• Knowledge of agile acquisition required
• Information Technology Acquisition or Cyber operations desired

Other Position Requirements:

• Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position.
• Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.
• Must be able to obtain a Top Secret clearance by date of hire.
• Must be able to travel, including air travel.
