Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift | Competitive Pay + Weekly Pay | Career Growth

Location: Gastonia, NC
Shift: 2nd
Pay: 55k/yr


What You'll Do:


  • Oversee daily workflow to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals



  • Manage production schedules and ensure output targets are met



  • Optimize staffing plans and labor efficiency



  • Troubleshoot systems and improve production processes



  • Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to keep equipment running smoothly



  • Coach, mentor, and develop hourly employees



  • Promote a clean, safe, and compliant work environment



  • Support company policies and ensure regulatory compliance



  • Maintain strong communication with employees across all levels




What You Bring:


  • 1+ years in a fast-paced manufacturing or production leadership role



  • Experience with high-volume production



  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)



  • Familiarity with JD Edwards or other ERP systems



  • Proven compliance with OSHA safety standards



  • Ability to lead, prioritize tasks, and adapt quickly



  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills



  • Must pass drug screen & background check



  • Able to work 40+ hours/week, including nights
