Summary
Provides efficient and cost-effective office support operations to the NYPA enterprise. Ensures NYPA information assets are protected, accessible and supports business needs. Provides administrative support services that include scheduling meetings, managing calendar, expense reports and making travel arrangements. Coordinates presentations and gathers materials for scheduled meetings. Coordinates activities between departments and outside parties. Contacts company personnel at all organizational levels to gather information and prepare reports. Work is generally of a critical or confidential nature. #LI-VB1 Responsibilities

Physical Requirements
Up to 10% travel primarily within New York State. Ability to sit at desk for long duration of time. The salary offered will be determined based on the successful candidates' relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
