Position Overview The Fleet Maintenance Application Trainer has an essential role in training both existing and new acquisition fleet maintenance personnel who are involved in fleet maintenance operations. As part of the Fleet Maintenance Team, the Fleet 360 Application Trainer will guide our Fleet 360 Super User team, perform regular system updates, assist with training initiatives, mentor new and existing shop administrative staff, technicians, and maintenance managers, organize regular Fleet 360 training sessions, and work closely with regional maintenance managers throughout the company. Overall
The ideal candidate will possess strong training skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel. A background in fleet operations or maintenance is preferred, along with experience in data analysis and reporting tools. This role is essential for enhancing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of fleet maintenance operations, contributing to the organization's success.
