Job Summary Under the direction of the Director of Quality and Innovations, the Enhanced Care Management (ECM) Quality Improvement (QI) Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the supervisory oversight of the clinical and technical accuracy of the ECM client records. The ECM QI Clinical Supervisor is also responsible for implementing and monitoring data collection and aggregation of the data as related to the analysis of various client record indicators. The ECM QI Clinical Supervisor takes initiative. ECMQI is detail oriented, organized, and energetic self-starter who displays flexibility and openness throughout their work. This individual works diligently to meet deadlines and works well under pressure. This individual teaches, motivates and inspires staff to apply knowledge while ensuring compliance with contractual requirements in the record. The ideal candidate for this role is adept at learning various software programs utilized by the ECM department which includes Client Relationship Management Software, Electronic Health Record, Health Information Exchange, Managed Care Plan portals and any additional systems as required by the ECM Program. Location: North Hills, CA (willing to travel to other agency sites Commerce and Lancaster as needed)
