We are seeking a Product Manager, IDEXX VetLab Station to join a team of product managers. The IDEXX VetLab Station is a central hub for in-house veterinary diagnostics, integrating point-of-care analyzers and diagnostic software, streamlining workflows and enhancing efficiency in veterinary practices.

The Product Manager for the IDEXX VetLab Station (IVLS) plays a crucial role in managing the product experience across IDEXX Point of Care. This position is vital for enhancing veterinary practice efficiency and improving diagnostic information, ultimately benefiting patient care.

In this role

  • Serve as thevoice of the customer, gathering and analyzing market insights and customer feedback to drive continuous product improvements
  • Represent the business needs and voice of our customers in the execution of prioritized development features and projects.
  • Lead user analytics integration through the management of Heap to gather and analyze user behavior data.
  • Make data-driven decision making by utilizing insights from user analytics to inform product decisions, identify areas for improvement, and validate product hypotheses.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of third-party applications to determine their suitability for integration with existing products to enhance the overall user experience and add value to the product.
  • Using Agile methodologies, lead the development process for features, from ideation to release, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Partner with key functions, lines of business, and country organizations to implement features with our global partners.
  • Contribute to the product roadmap, prioritizing features and improvements based on impact and feasibility.
  • Manage project plans and ensure successful implementation.

What you need to succeed

  • 6-8 years product management experience, preferably in healthcare software, diagnostic software, or life science software.
  • Experience with assessing and integrating 3rd Party Software platforms to accelerate product delivery.
  • Strong strategic thinking, business management, and project prioritization skills to drive a great customer experience and support IDEXX's diagnostics business.
  • Proven track record in supporting new product development, on-market products, and driving continuous improvements post-launch.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, market trends, and customer insights.
  • Exceptional ability toinfluence cross-functional teamsand manage multiple stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support global business needs.
