Our Intensive Care Unit specializes in caring for a highly critical diverse patient population ranging from level 2 trauma, neuro, medical and surgical patients. A multidisciplinary care delivery model is used with a focus on sepsis care. Specific credentialing professional growth opportunities for nurses include: Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT), Intracranial Pressure Monitoring and Targeted Temperature Management.

    Background/Expertise:

    • BSN or non-nursing bachelor's degree with MSN. ADN graduates required to sign agreement to complete BSN within 3 years of hire.
    • Current and unrestricted license to practice nursing in the state of Oregon, must be submitted to us at least one week prior to start date.
    • Less than one (1) year of nursing experience required.
    • Current BLS certification required.
