Your Role With Us: Our Intensive Care Unit specializes in caring for a highly critical diverse patient population ranging from level 2 trauma, neuro, medical and surgical patients. A multidisciplinary care delivery model is used with a focus on sepsis care. Specific credentialing professional growth opportunities for nurses include: Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT), Intracranial Pressure Monitoring and Targeted Temperature Management. ADN graduates required to sign agreement to complete BSN within 3 years of hire. Current and unrestricted license to practice nursing in the state of Oregon, must be submitted to us at least one week prior to start date. Less than one (1) year of nursing experience required.
