The Supply Chain Analyst II is responsible for optimizing the end-to-end supply chain, from procurement to delivery, and understanding and managing different functions of the order-to-cash cycle. This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain principles, data analysis, and problem-solving skills. The Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of products while maintaining high-quality standards.

This position is located in Snoqualmie, Washington and is 100% onsite.


Responsibilities

Demand Planning and Procurement:

  • Analyze demand forecasts and MRP reports to determine optimal inventory levels.
  • Source and procure materials from domestic and international suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and conditions.
  • Manage supplier relationships, performance metrics, and supplier qualification processes.
  • Collaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure timely and accurate material supply.

Supply Chain Optimization:

  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives, such as supplier consolidation, freight optimization, and inventory reduction.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) like PPV, on-time delivery, product availability, PO management (expedite, de-expedite, cancel, increase, decrease), DPM and fill rate.
  • Utilize data analytics tools (PowerBI) to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Work with the operations team to optimize production schedules and minimize lead times.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:

  • Collaborate with the quality team to ensure product quality and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Manage non-conforming materials (NM) and return material authorizations (RMAs).
  • Work with engineering and R&D teams on new product introductions (NPIs) and engineering change orders (ECOs).

Order Fulfillment and Logistics:

  • Manage the order-to-cash process, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to optimize inventory levels and distribution channels.
  • Manage international shipments, including customs clearance and compliance with import/export regulations.

System and Data Management:

  • Utilize ERP systems (MFGPro) and other tools to manage procurement, inventory, and production processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the system.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Engineering, or a related field and 2+ years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or operations OR master's degree in supply chain management, Engineering, or a related field and no additional experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with ERP systems (MFGPro), data analytics tools (PowerBI), document control systems (Agile), and quality management systems (CATSWeb) or similar tools and technology is preferred.
  • Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures preferred.
  • Must be able to complete job responsibilities in an environment with global time zone needs, such as attending late night/early morning meetings by phone and/or web to meet global business needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
