Cognizant is looking to hire a motivated and energetic Senior .Net Developer who's passionate about software modernization, and individual with experience in MVC and able to work individually to include application code changes, create / update automated unit tests, build and release setup.

Job Location: Atlanta, GA or Birmingham Alabama

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

* The 7 to 10 years of experience in.NET Core, MVC and greenfield development of .Net applications

* Must have good hands-on experience in MVC and able to work individually to include application code changes, create / update automated unit tests, build and release setup, etc.

* Develop and maintain APIs using ASP.NET Core Web API and ensure seamless integration with front-end applications.

* Knowledge in cloud systems like AWS is preferred

* Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Key Qualifications:

* 7+ years of Application development experience with one or more of the following:.NET Core,MVC,Microservices.

* Good knowledge building enterprise applications

* Experience with one or more of the following Database technologies: SQL Server,

* Experience working in an agile environment using common agile tools

* Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

* Ability to influence and build relationships with product , engineering and quality teams

* Enterprise experience with one or more CI/CD implementation, configuration management, build.
