About This Opportunity:
We are looking for an ideal candidate to provide comprehensive end-user support, including troubleshooting and installation of software and hardware, as well as support for Windows devices and Audio/Visual equipment.

What You Will Do:

• Demonstrate knowledge of standard Windows operating systems.
• Deliver excellent customer service while resolving issues with client-specific applications using provided Knowledge Base articles.
• Manage the IT center operation, including inventory scanning, PC imaging, and handling shipments (may involve lifting boxes up to 20 lbs).
• Apply intermediate-level subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common IT and business issues.
• Exercise independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and support PCs, peripherals, and AV equipment, including MTRs, Polycom, Logitech devices, cameras, speakers, and connectivity issues.
• Working knowledge of ticketing tools, prioritizing responses and providing timely and relevant updates.
• Assist in setting up MTRs, Polycom, and Logitech AV video conferencing rooms.
  

The Skills You Bring:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Windows 10/11.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, etc.).
• Experience and knowledge in managing iOS and Android devices.
• Basic understanding of Qsys, Extron, and Crestron systems.
• Exceptional customer service skills (proficient in English, friendly, approachable, calm under pressure, patient).
• 4+ years of experience supporting enterprise-level clients with their PC support needs.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• CompTIA A+ and/or Microsoft certification is desirable but not required.
• Experience supporting MacOS would be beneficial.

Your Pay
The salary range for this position is listed below. The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.

Bellevue, Washington: $58,000.00 - $65,000.00

STV: Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit's objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.

Your Time
Your work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided up to 40 days of paid time off per year, including 15 days of accrued annual vacation, 3 personal days, 11 paid holidays, 10 sick days, and 1 volunteer day. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee's start date. Those with additional vacation time at the end of the year may sell one week of vacation, equal to a week of pay. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 16 weeks of maternity/medical leave, 6 weeks of paternity or adoption leave at 100% of pay, and medical leave at 100% or 66 2/3% of pay, based on length of service.
