The Opportunity

Are you passionate about creating impactful marketing events that engage K-12 educators? We are looking for a dynamic and innovative individual to join the Education Marketing team as a Senior Events Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and delivering global, national, local, and field marketing events that build brand awareness, pipeline and customer engagement. Based in our vibrant San Francisco office, you will partner closely with our marketing, sales, and product teams to deliver exceptional experiences that resonate with the K12 B2B audiences including, educators, media specialists, students and administrators.

What You'll Do
  • Event Strategy: Set the strategy for the annual events plan and lead the execution for owned and industry events.
  • Plan and Implement: Take charge of planning, coordinating, and carrying out global, national, local, and field marketing events aimed at the K-12 education audience.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Develop and maintain positive relationships with collaborators, customers, and team members to ensure successful event outcomes.
  • Drive Engagement: Develop and implement creative event concepts that engage and encourage educators and administrators, driving brand awareness and customer dedication.
  • Manage Financial Resources: Establish and lead all aspects of event budgets, ensuring efficient planning and execution while improving value.
  • Analyze and Report: Assess event success in meeting objectives and return on investment through data analysis and reporting, offering insights and recommendations for future improvements.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Education: BS degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, event planning and execution, preferably for the education audience.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, excellent communication skills, and proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attributes: Creative thinker, strategic, diligent, thorough, and a passion for education and making a positive impact.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $110,800 -- $209,500 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
