Description

  • Maintain compliance with Material Safety and Data Sheets (MSDS) for each chemical utilized in areas of responsibility.
  • Verify all Certificates of Analysis on Raw and Sub Raw materials.
  • Complete Raw Material Acceptance Report as Raw and Sub Raw materials arrive.
  • Responsible for unloading Raw and Sub Raw materials.
  • Must verify on each Raw and Sub Raw material: Bill of Lading, Purchase Order Number, Code Name/ Chemical Name, Lot Number and Vendor.
  • Check all incoming Raw and Sub Raw material COA specs verses Modifier Raw and Sub Raw Material Specification Binder.
  • Sample specified Raw materials for Q.C. Lab.
  • Record analysis in the Raw Material Sampling form.
  • Verify all Sub Raw and Packaging materials are inspected and stored in the proper location.
  • All dissolved chemicals are analyzed and data is entered in the CPU.
  • Maintain housekeeping standards in all Sub Raw Warehouses.
  • Must demonstrate the following emotional intelligence skills:
