We are looking for a skilled and innovative Jr. Developer who can work with the team on Agentic AI Design, Development, and Testing. Job includes assisting the team in designing, developing, and rigorously testing agentic AI systems that can perform autonomous tasks, and drive intelligent decision-making. This position will be working at the Ampcus Corporate office located in Chantilly, VA. Key Responsibilities: Design & Architecture Assist team for Conceptualize and design AI agent frameworks that enable autonomous reasoning, learning, and decision-making. Define system requirements, AI models, and architectural patterns for scalable and adaptive AI agents. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI system designs with business objectives and technical constraints. Development: Develop and implement AI models using machine learning, natural language processing, reinforcement learning, or other relevant methodologies. Build agentic systems capable of task planning, execution, and context-aware learning. Write clean, scalable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices in AI ethics and security. Testing & Validation: Design and execute test for AI systems, including unit, integration, and system-level tests. Debug, optimize, and refine AI models to improve accuracy, efficiency, and reliability. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. 1 to 2 years hands-on experience.
