Description
Job Summary The Account Manager plays a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients in the printing industry. This position is dedicated to ensuring client satisfaction, fostering long-term retention, and driving revenue growth by overseeing seamless project execution, identifying opportunities for additional services, and serving as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams. Supporting the accounts of multiple Senior Sales Representatives, the Account Manager works closely with production and customer service teams to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of printed materials. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management & Sales Growth
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional printing services, such specialty printing, or digital solutions.
- Educate clients on printing capabilities, paper types, finishes, and other options to enhance their projects.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and identify business needs.
Project Management & Order Execution
- Work closely with customers to gather project specifications, deadlines, and expectations.
- Collaborate with internal production teams to ensure jobs are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
Customer Support & Problem-Solving
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
- Resolve any order discrepancies, quality issues, or delivery delays quickly and professionally.
- Provide proactive solutions to improve the client experience.
Account Performance & Reporting
- Track key performance metrics, including revenue growth, retention rates, and order volume.
- Prepare and participate in quarterly and annual account reviews with Senior Sales Representative.
- Maintain accurate records in the company's CRM system, ensuring all client interactions are documented.
Collaboration & Teamwork
- Work closely with the Senior Sales Representatives and production teams to ensure seamless communication between departments.
- Provide feedback from clients to improve product offerings and service levels.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated ability to work remote/independently
- Experience in the print industry is helpful, but not required
- SalesForce or other CRM experience
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint as well as Social Media and other digital first applications (AI, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo)
