Director - Oncology Service Line
Overview Under the direction of the Executive Director, Oncology Service Line, Atlantic Health, this position, along with the Medical Director, Oncology Services, CentraState, will support the development of the regional oncology strategic plan and assure it's successful execution. The role also encompasses day to day operations of the following areas, Radiation Oncology, OP infusion services, and the supportive care teams comprised of nurse navigators, genetic counselors, social work, and oncology dietitian. Key areas of responsibility include operation and financial performance; quality and safety; patient, team member and physician engagement; developing relationships with key community cancer organizations such as the American Cancer Society, working with various philanthropic organizations to raise awareness and funds to support our patients. This position will work alongside Atlantic Medical Group's medical and surgical oncology practices. Responsibilities
Develops, implements and communicates the strategic and business plans that will meet the needs of patients and their families within the CSHS Service Area and expands market share.
